Windows 10 Mail Setup Guide

  1. Open Windows Mail


  2. Click the cog settings wheel - bottom left.


  3. Click 'Manage accounts'


  4. Click + Add Account


  5. Choose 'Other account POP/IMAP'


  6. Enter your details:



    email address: your full address eg. info@yourdomain.com
    Send messages using your name:  The name you want to appear on outbound messages
    Password: The password for your mailbox.  (You can change this from cPanel if you are unsure).

  7. Click Sign in.  The mailbox will be added.

  8. Click the = icon to expand the menu, and your account will be shown. Click to be taken to the inbox.
